The World Through The Eyes of The Little Mermaid

As part of a collaboration with Carlsberg to celebrate their 170 year anniversary we produced a series of short-form stories that demonstrates the impact of Carlsberg’s inventions over the last 170 years.

One of these stories is about The Little Mermaid which was a gift from Carl Jacobsen, founder of New Carlsberg, to the city of Copenhagen in 1913. Since then, she has seen 104 years of history evolving in front of her - including three very significant wars.

Although loved, she has been sabotaged throughout the years and, even though she is little in name and in stature, her huge reputation remains.
